polyester line is widely used in modern agricultural greenhouse engineering and online breeding in the aquaculture industry. Its products are mainly black and transparent. Black polyester line is mainly used for the curtain system outside the greenhouse and the outdoor sunshade, as a supporting film wire. The product can also be used as a support wire for vineyards; transparent polyester line is used as a substitute for some indoor metal structures. Polyester polyester line or polyester line has the characteristics of high strength, not easy to break, smooth surface, acid and alkali resistance, UV radiation resistance, and weather aging resistance, so it has a long service life; it ranks first in the domestic industry and is deeply trusted and loved by the majority of users. It is a substitute for iron wire and steel wire.

Classification of polyester line: black polyester line, engineering polyester line, transparent polyester line, among which black polyester line is widely used.

Features of polyester line:

1. UV anti-ultraviolet stability: polyester line has a long life. The outdoor use test of transparent polyester line for more than 30 months in southern Europe shows that the tensile strength of polyester line is reduced by less than 3%, and the strength of black polyester line is reduced less. This means that the polyester line has a long service life in various greenhouse conditions (glass, plastic film, etc.) and outdoor conditions.

2. Thermal stability: The polyester line can completely maintain its mechanical properties and geometric dimensions at an ambient temperature of -40℃~70℃.

3. Tensile properties: Compared with nylon wire, the polyester line has a lower elongation rate, so it can be easily and quickly tensioned, and once tensioned, the polyester line will remain in this tensioned state without having to be re-tensioned. This characteristic of the polyester line is different from other nylon wires or monofilament fiber wires with lower strength that need to be re-tensioned.

4. Smoothness: The polyester line does not absorb moisture, so after many years of use, its surface is still smooth and burr-free. The surface finish of the polyester line has a positive effect on the sunshade and thermal insulation curtain it supports, avoiding wear on the sunshade and thermal insulation curtain.

Smooth surface: The continuous smoothness of the surface reduces wear on the shading material.

5. Stable performance: Specifically refers to the physical and chemical properties of the product. When used under normal conditions, its dimensional change rate is extremely small, so that the product will not sag after being tightened during use.

6. Environmentally friendly products: polyester line products are non-corrosive and easy to decompose.
